Information FRFA collects
Front Range Fellowship Audio collects the information you voluntarily provide through its inquiry process or by email, such as your name, email address, organization, location, project details, and requested timeline.
How information is used
FRFA uses this information to review and respond to inquiries, consider how it may assist with a project, prepare quotes and agreements, communicate about active work, and deliver requested services. FRFA does not sell personal information.
Audio files and service providers
Audio files are not requested through the public inquiry form. Clients whose projects move forward receive separate upload instructions through a file-transfer provider such as MASV. Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, email, file transfer, payment, and project delivery, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention
FRFA keeps inquiry and business records only as reasonably necessary for communication, project administration, legal obligations, and ordinary business records. Project source files, sessions, drafts, and deliverables may be deleted 30 days after final delivery. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by FRFA, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to frontrangefellowshipaudio@gmail.com.
