Quotes, scheduling, and delivery
Every paid project is reviewed and quoted individually according to its scope, complexity, recording condition, and required deliverables. A delivery estimate is provided after the quote is accepted and the 50% deposit is received. A requested date is not guaranteed until FRFA confirms it in writing.
Payment and cancellation
A 50% deposit reserves a paid project. The remaining balance is due before final unwatermarked files are delivered. The deposit is refundable until FRFA begins work. Once editing, mixing, recording preparation, or other project work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If FRFA must cancel, payment for unfinished work will be returned.
Revisions
Paid projects include two revision rounds. Complimentary projects include one revision round. A revision round means the client gathers and submits requested adjustments together. Additional revisions require a new quote.

FRFA genuinely wants to help every church or ministry that submits a request, and every submission receives thoughtful consideration. The gift may provide one complete worship-song project and one complete sermon without charge or purchase obligation. One gift package is active at a time, and additional requests may be placed on a waiting list.
The available scope and delivery estimate are confirmed after FRFA considers the project’s content, complexity, source-recording quality, and current capacity. When technical limitations prevent the requested result, FRFA will strive to explain what is possible and provide practical recording-technique guidance that can help improve future recordings.
File delivery and retention
Accepted clients receive private upload instructions. FRFA may retain project source files, sessions, drafts, and deliverables for 30 days after final delivery. After that period, files may be permanently removed. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Portfolio permission
FRFA may separately ask for written permission to feature excerpts of original and completed audio as a portfolio example. Permission is optional and does not affect the project, pricing, or gift eligibility. Nothing will be published without approval from the church, ministry, artist, or authorized rights holder.
Christian faith and content
FRFA affirms the historic Nicene Creed as a faithful summary of foundational Christian belief. FRFA welcomes and thoughtfully considers inquiries from churches, ministries, businesses, and independent creators. Projects are evaluated by their subject matter, purpose, and the work being requested—not by a person’s background. FRFA seeks to help wherever possible while accepting work that is consistent with its Christian faith and values. FRFA will not produce or promote material that would require the company to affirm a message contrary to those convictions.
